The original 1992 USAF Western Region videotapes of Chiba Sensei's Instructor's guidelines for 5th kyu through 1st kyu were created as a supplemental training aid for teachers, and included conditioning exercises, weapons suburi and body arts.
Now available in a 4 DVD set, these dynamic demonstrations by Chiba Sensei have been organized with a user-friendly menu system to let you view specific techniques and attacks.
