Jose Luis Isidro had the opportunity to train with the best Aikido in the world and he has been able to test out the the validity and efficiency of Aikido in situations of real danger. Responses to wrist and shoulder holds, fist and kicks attacks, with weapons (Jo, bokken, Tanto), self-defense applications all with Kokyu Nage in counter techniques.
