The Combat Hapkido Self-Defense System is a modern, eclectic style of the Korean Martial Art of Hapkido. The techniques of Combat Hapkido are reality-based, practical and extremely effective.
In the first part of this exciting DVD series, Grandmaster John Pellegrini, Founder of the System, personally demonstrates and explains in detail a variety of Hand Trapping and Counter-Trapping techniques and their related, dynamic drills, necessary to improve speed, timing and coordination.
The second part of this program presents simple but effective Foot Trapping strategies and techniques, designed to disrupt the attacker's balance and restrict his mobility, to dive you a tactical advantage and a wider range of defensive options.
The understanding and application of the concepts contained in this program will greatly enhance your skills in the performance of all Combat Hapkido techniques.
