Master Isidro presents us with a complete project on the Bo, the long staff from the Japanese martial tradition characterized by fast, fluid, potent and efficient handling. This DVD, divided into 4 sections, shows us the basic technique and the katas, which will help students to develop their skills and control of the weapon, Ukemi Waza (falls) work, and finally, the technical application.
