The nine different schools (ryu) of Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu represent with their techniques a centuries old Japanese warrior tradition. This book (densho) describes one of these schools, the Togakure Ryu.

In the Japanese language, the term Densho stands for the scrolls that contain the knowledge about techniques, strategies or training methods that have been supplemented continuously over centuries and passed down through generations.

This modern Densho should primarily be regarded as a basic manual for daily training. The feature of this book is that the individual motion sequences are shown by means of illustrations in order to focus on the performance of the individual techniques and Kata. Concise explanations are completing this work which describes the most important unarmed forms of movement of the Togakure Ryu.
